Q4    Which cities and locations does Tick'n'Pick operates in?          
Tick'n'Pick currently operates in Delhi/Gurugram/Faridabad/Noida.

Q5    Are there any pre-requisites for ordering on Tick'n'Pick?          
To place your final order, you will need to register on Tick'n'Pick with the requested details and place a minimum order of Rs. 1000. However, feel free to browse the categories without any conditions.
Q6    Why there are 2 kind of signups and which one shall I select?
We offer services to individuals and corporates, if you have an Official EMail ID and looking for these services for your office then sign-up as a Corporate Admin Benefits of Signing up as a Corporate Admin:-
1. You Can Create multiple Corporate Users under you.
2. You Can suspend any Corporate User under you.
3. You Can Approve Or Manage Corporate Users' Order.
4. You can get your Corporate Account Verified and Opt For PostPay Option.
5. You can add multiple delivery locations.  
Q7    How can I place order on Tick'n'Pick.in?          
You can simply visit www.ticknpick.in  or download Tick'n'Pick app from Google Play Store or simply call us @ +91-97160-98160 between 10AM-6PM, everyday.
Just follow the following Steps:-
1. Browse the Categories on App/Web  
2. Select the products & quantity and keep on adding to your cart            
3. Click on place order   
4. Finalize the order & Checkout after selecting your preferred time slot
5. Register or Login to confirm the order.

Q8    What is the minimum order value?          
There is no minimum order value. For orders below  Rs.1000 per location, we charge a service charge of Rs.100/Delivery.

Q9    How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?          
If you have placed an order for a particular product and it later becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, someone from our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you to inform you of the same. You could choose to cancel it from the order or select a replacement, if available and the bill will be edited accordingly. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount for cancelled products will be refunded or credited back to the account.

Q10  How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?          
You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at sales@ticknpick.in or simply call us at +91-97160-98160 between 10AM and 6PM.

Q11  What if I don't receive my order on Time?          
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you to make sure you are not inconvenienced as a result of the delay.

Q12  Can I change delivery address for my order?          
You can change the delivery address in My Profile within the website/app or Just drop us a message at sales@ticknpick.inor contact us at +91-97160-98160 and we will promptly change the address.

Q13  What is My Account?          
My Account makes it easy for you to view & update your personal details on Tick'n'Pick.in at anytime.
You can :

1. Manage & edit your personal details (address, phone number etc.)     
2. Change password
3. View order history       
Q14  How can I track status of My order?
We will  update you via SMS about your order.                            

Cancellation & Return Queries
Q15  What is the cancellation policy of Tick'n'Pick?          
Tick'n'Pick provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.
Q16  How do I cancel my order?          
You can cancel the order from within the website/app inside Order History, or write to us at sales@ticknpick.in or call us at +91-97160-98160 to cancel your order.
Q17  What if the delivered product is defective?          
We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our Customer Care support at sales@ticknpick.inand we will immediately replace the product.

Q18  Can I reschedule my order?          
In case you want to reschedule your order just call us at +91-97160-98160 or email us at sales@ticknpick.in, we will promptly reschedule your order.

Q19  What If I want to return something?          
We understand the value of your every purchase. In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you just can return it to us or ask for the replacement without any penalty.

Payments & Refunds  
Q21  How can I make payments at Tick'n'Pick.in?          
Tick'n'Pick.in accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments on Cash on Delivery (COD) or using your credit and debit card or through net banking.
Q22  What is the refund policy of Tick'n'Pick.in?          
Shopping is hassle free and convenient on Tick'n'Pick.in. Get in touch with our customer support in case you want to initiate the process of refund. Mode of refund depends upon the mode of your payment.
   
Q23  How much time does it takes for refund?          
We will initiate your refund process as soon you place your refund request. Your money will be refunded back within 2-7 days depending upon the mode of your payments.
